Items can be returned for an online store credit only (exceptions apply at our discretion). If shipping back, it must be postdated on or before the 14th day. Return shipping is nonrefundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Items returned after 14 days of receiving shipment will not be accepted. If your return is shipped before the 14 day deadline, please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return. If your item is damaged, we need to hear from you by e-mail within 24-48 hours of receiving. Damaged items will be assessed by our team and a credit will be given to one of your accounts (credit card/store account credit) at our discretion. If our team agrees your item is damaged, we will exchange it without additional shipping charges to you.
In order to return or exchange an item for any reason, all items must have the original tags, free from fragrance, unwashed and unworn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return.
